We collect what you type into a form on this site. That is your name and phone number and, if you add them, your email address, your building’s details and your notes. The careers form also takes the job you want and a resume if you attach one. The subcontractor form takes your company, trades, states, crew size and license number, and a certificate of insurance if you attach one.

We also record simple events, such as a form being sent or a call button being tapped. These are counted by our analytics provider and do not identify you by name. To limit repeated submissions, the site briefly uses your IP address.

A form is sent to MICS by email and we use it to call or write to you about what you asked for. An attached file travels with that email and is not stored on this site. We use the events to see which parts of the site lead to calls and requests.

We do not sell your information, and we use it only to answer you and run the business.

People at MICS who answer requests can see what you send. The services that deliver our email, count events and limit repeated submissions process it on our behalf. So does any system MICS uses to keep a record of requests, such as a spreadsheet or customer record tool. We share it with others only if the law requires us to.

This site does not use advertising cookies. Our analytics count visits and events without tracking you across other sites.
