We start by walking the building with you and asking how you want it to look each morning. Then we write the cleaning plan and put a steady crew on it. You’ll know your crew and your supervisor by name, and the plan changes whenever you need it to.
- Cleaning done by our own crews
- A supervisor on every site
- A cleaning plan for each building

- Licensed and insured, COI on request

We put the most time where your building gets the heaviest use. The spaces you care about most, like the lobby or a boardroom, get extra attention. Your supervisor checks the crew’s work and is the person you call. If something changes, like a new tenant or a late meeting, we adjust.
The same crew cleans your building every night, so they know what matters.

- Breakrooms
- Trash and recycling
- Supplies restocked

We strip and wax hard floors over a weekend or a shutdown, then burnish them on a regular schedule to keep the shine. When the traffic lanes start to dull, a scrub and recoat brings them back without a full strip. Carpet gets hot-water extraction from our truck-mounted units after hours, so it has the night to dry.
We schedule floor work for the hours your building is empty.

- Scrub and recoat

We clean and disinfect door handles, railings, elevator buttons and breakroom tables with EPA-registered products. When someone in the building gets sick, we disinfect the whole area, desks and phones included. If your practice or school has its own protocol, we follow it.
The surfaces people touch most are disinfected on every visit.

The night crew wipes fingerprints off entrance doors and lobby glass, and storefronts are done before you open. For the full cleaning, we do every window inside and out, frames included. We plan access to the upper floors during the walkthrough.
Entrance glass stays clear between full window cleanings in spring and fall.

Our crew works to the superintendent’s schedule, with a rough clean once the drywall is done and a final clean before the owner walks the space. We work top down, so the floors come last. After the punch list, we come back for touch-ups.
We clear the construction dust and debris so the space is ready for move-in.

Your porter restocks the restrooms, handles spills, keeps the entrances clean in bad weather and resets meeting rooms as the day goes. In a plant, the rounds are timed around breaks and shift changes. You choose the hours, and the night crew still does the full clean.
Your porter keeps restrooms, lobbies and breakrooms in shape during the day.

Our crew wears the gowning and PPE you require and uses only the products you approve. Before the first shift, your safety lead takes us through the space and the rules. We keep the same people on your site, so you only have to train them once.
In labs and on plant floors, our crew works under your safety rules.
