Commercial painting, carpentry and maintenance for buildings that stay open.
Our painters and carpenters work across Central Massachusetts, mostly after hours, and leave the space clean at the end of every shift.

Your building stays open while we work, so we plan each job around your tenants and your hours. We keep the dust contained and protect what’s in the room, and the loud work waits until the building empties out.

Services

We cover the floors and furniture, prep the walls and paint one section at a time. If the walls need wallpaper removed or a skim coat, we do that too. Before the furniture goes back, we check every room for touch-ups.
We repaint offices, corridors, lobbies and common areas in occupied buildings.

- Skim coat
- Wallpaper removal
- Trim and doors

Safety repairs like loose handrails and worn stair treads come first. New baseboard and casing are matched to what’s already there, so the repair blends in once it’s painted. We also frame doorways, put up shelving and take on small renovations as they come up.
Our carpenters repair worn trim, stairs and handrails, and build new where you want it.

We adjust closers so doors shut and latch on their own, and replace worn locksets and panic hardware. We also free up sticky windows and weatherstrip drafty ones. When a door or window is past repair, we replace it and fit new hardware to match.
Most door problems come down to the closer or the latch, and we fix both.

We walk the suite with you, agree on the list and schedule the work back from the move-in date. Our painters and carpenters handle the repairs, then our cleaning crew does the final clean and the floors. You get photos of the finished space along with the keys.
We get vacant suites ready to lease and handle small renovations and exterior repairs.

We photograph the suite first, tag anything you want to keep and haul out the rest at the hours your building allows. Paint, chemicals, bulbs and electronics go to the right recycler or disposal site. When we’re done, the suite is ready for the painters.
We clear out everything the last tenant left behind and leave the suite broom clean.

We change lamps and filters on a set schedule and take every other request as it comes in. We also replace stained ceiling tile, pressure wash entries and clean dryer vents. For electrical, plumbing or HVAC work, we bring in a licensed trade and oversee the job.
Send us a work order for anything in the building, and we’ll schedule it.
