A family-owned property services company in Central Massachusetts.
MICS was founded here in 2004, and the same family still owns and runs it. Our crews work across Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island and New Hampshire.
The people in your building.
Our 40+ people are night cleaners, day porters, floor techs, supervisors, painters, carpenters and restoration technicians. They’re our own crews, and we keep the same faces in the same buildings so they know yours well.
When a job calls for an electrician or a plumber, we bring in licensed trades and manage them for you.
One company for the whole building.
The buildings we clean also call us for repaints, door repairs and suite turnovers. After a burst pipe or a storm, our restoration crew dries the building out and our carpenters put it back together.
We work for property managers, facility directors and facilities-services firms, and alongside the adjuster when there’s a loss.
Who looks after your account.
Your site supervisor works alongside the crew, checks the work and is your first call for anything. They know your building and how you like things done.
We meet you on site regularly to go over the work and plan what comes next. Our office handles proposals, scheduling and billing on weekdays, and the emergency line is answered at any hour.
