Evenings, part-time
After the offices close, you clean the restrooms, empty the trash, wipe down the breakroom and take care of the floors. It’s steady part-time work, and you get to know each building well.
Nights
You clean schools, clinics and plants with a crew and a supervisor. It suits people who like working as part of a team.
Evenings and nights
When someone is out, you cover their building for the night. It’s a good fit if you like variety and pick things up quickly.
Days
You keep the restrooms, lobby, entrances and breakrooms clean while the building is open. You’re the person staff see during the day, so being friendly and quick on your feet matters.
Nights and weekends
You strip, wax, scrub and burnish hard floors and clean carpet with our truck-mounted extractors. We’ll train you, as long as you care about a floor that shines.
Evenings and nights
You lead the crew on site, work alongside them and check the building before everyone leaves. The client calls you directly, and you follow up the same night.
Days
You handle repair requests across several buildings, like lamps, ceiling tiles, drywall patches and doors that won’t latch. Anything that needs a licensed trade goes back to the office.
Days and after hours
Most jobs are repaints in buildings that stay open, so neat, careful work matters. You protect the space, do your own prep and leave every room clean.
Days
You hang doors, install hardware and replace trim, stair treads and handrails. After water or fire damage, you help rebuild rooms taken down to the studs.
Days and on call
You go out with the crew on water and fire damage to extract water, pull out wet materials and set up drying equipment. On every visit you take the moisture readings and photos the insurance file depends on.

Subcontractors and trade partners
Work with us as a subcontractor.
Our own crews handle the cleaning, painting and carpentry. For electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, flooring, glass, abatement and hauling, we work with insured subcontractors, licensed where the trade requires it. Tell us your trades and the states you cover, and let us know if you take after-hours calls. The office will reach out when a job fits.
