Every office, clinic, school and plant we clean gets its own plan.

Our crews work around your hours and follow your building’s rules.

Building types

  1. An office corridor with patterned carpet tile and a carpet extraction wand resting at the left wall.

    Offices

We clean offices overnight and get empty suites ready between tenants.

Your tenants walk into a clean building every morning. Day porters keep the lobby and restrooms fresh during business hours, and when a suite comes open, our painters and cleaners get it ready for the next lease. Tenant requests come through you, and the site supervisor follows up on every one.

  2. A long carpeted corridor with wooden handrails, blue door frames and a light over each door, an extraction hose run down the middle.

    Medical offices and clinics

After the last patient leaves, we clean and disinfect the whole practice.

We clean to your practice’s infection-control protocol, with the disinfectants you approve. Our crew disinfects exam tables, counters, sinks and door handles every night. If you keep a cleaning log, our crew signs it. A day porter can look after the waiting room and restrooms during clinic hours.

  3. A school corridor with lockers and a freshly polished tile floor.

    Schools

We clean all year and take care of floors, painting and repairs over the summer.

Our crews clean after every school day and work around games, concerts and evening events. Over the summer, our painters and carpenters work through your repair list while the floor crew strips and waxes the classrooms and halls. We set the summer schedule with you, working back from opening day.

  4. A plant aisle with a blue walkway, yellow safety lines and a guard rail beside a row of machines.

    Manufacturing plants

Our plant crews take your safety orientation and work around your shifts.

Our crew wears the PPE your floor requires and cleans break rooms, locker rooms and restrooms around shift changes. We degrease and scrub production floors on the off shift or during a shutdown. Your maintenance team decides which areas around the machines are ours to clean.

  5. A stock room with walk-in coolers, stocked shelving and a high-gloss tile floor.

    Stores and showrooms

Customers see a clean floor and clear glass the moment you open.

We do the storefront glass, entrance mats and sales floor on every visit, and in winter we keep salt and slush off the floor. We polish dealership showrooms and degrease service bays, and in bank branches we clean the ATM vestibule and teller line under your security rules.

  6. A lobby corridor with a burnished checkerboard tile floor.

    Municipal buildings

We work to your bid specification in town halls, libraries and public works buildings.

We clean town buildings around evening meetings and library hours, and send sign-in sheets and reports with the invoice when your specification calls for them. We price repairs, painting and pressure washing one job at a time and start when your purchase order comes in.

  7. Machines in a plant wrapped in plastic sheeting and blue tape, with benches and a hoist in the room behind.

    Laboratories

A crew trained on your lab’s rules cleans the floors and common areas.

Your lab manager or EHS lead walks the space with our crew on the first night, and we follow your SOPs from then on. You decide which benches and equipment our crew cleans. When a new lab is built, we do the final clean before the instruments move in.

  8. A commercial kitchen with a clean, polished blue tile floor.

    Restaurants and venues

Our crew comes in after the last table and is gone before morning prep.

We clean the dining room floor under every table and degrease the kitchen under the line and around the drains, where inspectors look. After an event, we clean the function hall that night so it’s ready for the next setup. If there’s a kitchen fire, our restoration crew cleans up the soot and smoke.

You tell us when to come in and what matters most in your building. We write the plan around that and adjust it as things change. When you need painting, repairs or restoration, you call the same people.
